IMPORTANT THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW AND BRING FOR THE TOUR :
- Warm clothes (Bromo and Ijen very cold because of the wind) temperature could be drop to 5 degrees celsius on july,august.
- Wet shoes or rubber shoes,or sandal like teva you could use at Tumpaksewu waterfall. Poncho or rain jacket will be recommend to bring,because will be 100% get wet.
ITINERARY TOUR AND PROGRAM :
- DAY 1 :
Our driver will pick you up in Malang or Surabaya (Train Station,Hotel,etc).And drive to a village (Pronojiwo) near by Tumpaksewu waterfall area. You can explore with our local guide,tumpaksewu waterfall and another place it’s called goa tetes/tetes cave. After tumpaksewu waterfall tour,you need to drive again to go to accommodation near by bromo area about 3 until 3 and half hours,depends on the traffic jam. You can ask the driver,if you want to stop to have a lunch on the way.Afterward,you will stay 1 night and free program.
– Note : Normally,we start in the morning from malang city at 7 AM,and 6 AM from surabaya city. You can bring or take a way your breakfast from hotel / accommodation. If you decided to go down into the main waterfall & tetes cave,that would be 100% wet. Bring proper sandal like teva or wet,rubber shoes. Don’t forget to protect your stuff when you go down into the main waterfall.
- DAY 2 :
The tour program will be start early morning. The jeep driver will be wait in the front of your accommodation,and then drive to panorama and sunrise point KINGKONG HILL parking area about 30 minutes.From panorama and sunrise point parking area,you can walk to the sunrise point about 10 minutes as well. Enjoy sunrise and panorama over there,and then back to the jeep parking area again. After from sunrise area,you can drive again with jeep to go to sea of sand parking area.Afterward you can walk to the rim of bromo mountain about 30 minutes,from sea of sand jeep parking area.Don’t worry,only one way to go up and down.You don’t have to stay longger at the crater,because will be so many people,and narrow rims.Back to the jeep parking area,and drive to accommodation for breakfast,shower and etc. Check out from the accommodation around maximum 10 am will be better.Afterward you have to drive to another city,to go to the next accommodation about 5 to 6 hours,and you can stop by for lunch or buy snack.
– Note : If you want to avoid the crowds,better to go to the crater first to see perfect sunrise,and if you lucky,you can see fire or magma from inside of the crater during the night,afterward go to panorama area SERUNI POINT.
- DAY 3 :
Wake up early in the night,and be ready for ijen crater tour. Because you have to start very early in the midnight. You need to drive to go parking area Ijen Crater,from accommodation.
The gates will be open at 2 AM. You only need to treeking from the gates until blue fire area,about 1 hour 30 minutes. Afterward,you can explore that place,if you want to see how the miners work at Ijen Crater.
Come back again to the rim of vulcano,wait until the sunrise and enjoy panorama from the top. After enjoy panorama at ijen crater,come back again to the parking area while you’r driver waiting over there. Drive back to the accomodation for breakfast,take a shower etc.
You can decide with you’r driver,about what time do you want to check out from hotel. Drive to the port of java (KETAPANG),and afterward sail with ferry to go to bali island (GILIMANUK) port. Meet with our team in bali,drive to the place where you stay in bali island and tumpaksewu bromo ijen bali finish.
IMPORTAND NOTICE FOR IJEN CRATER :
● The visibility of the blue fire is not guaranteed, as it depends on weather conditions and gas/mining activity.
● Visitors descending into the crater must maintain a minimum safety distance of 500 meters from the sulfur mining area.
● If you can’t see the real blue flame,many local tour guide create bluefire/blueflame,burning sulfur by them self.
– Note : Do not stay longer at the crater,when the smoke from sulfur very strong. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems, people with heart problems, asthma, respirator issue or other serious medical conditions. Health certificate is the main requirement for climbing Ijen. On the second day after Bromo tour, you will stop at the Clinic, then check your blood pressure to get an Ijen climbing certificate.
