IMPORTANT THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW AND BRING FOR THE TOUR :
- Warm clothes (Bromo and Ijen very cold because of the wind) temperature could be drop to 5 degrees celcius on july until august.
- Wet shoes or rubber shoes,or sandal like teva you could use at Madakaripura waterfall. Poncho or rain jacket will be recommended to bring,because will be 100% get wet.
ITINERARY TOUR AND PROGRAM :
- DAY 1 :
Our team will pick you up in Bali island (Airport,Hotel) and drive to the bali port (Gilimanuk). Afterward you can sail with ferry about 1 hour,and arrive at java island port (Ketapang). After some of program on first day,drive to the accommodation,you will stay 1 night and free program.
- DAY 2 :
Be ready for the next challenge for IJEN CRATER TOUR (BLUE FIRE PROGRAM,IF YOU WANT TO) because you have to start from the accommodation in the midhnight. After 1 hours drive from accommodation,you will arrive at parking area of IJEN CRATER and meet with your local tour guide (He will give you information,and share gas mask for blue fire tour). You can have a coffee or tea before hike.
The gates will be open at 2 am,You only need to treeking from the gates until blue fire area,about 1 hour 30 minutes. Afterward,you don’t have to stay longer in blue fire area because still danger area and so many people would be coming.
Come back again to the rim of vulcano,wait until the sun goes up,and enjoy panorama from the top. After enjoy panorama at ijen crater,come back again to the parking area while you’r driver waiting over there.
Drive back to the accomodation for breakfast,take a shower if you want to. But if you want to direct check out from accommodation also fine. That would be better,you can visit madakaripura waterfall near by bromo area after ijen tour. Drive to the accommodation near by bromo area and stay 1 night,free program.
– Note : Do not stay longer at the crater,if smoke from sulfur very strong.
This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems, people with heart problems, asthma, respirator issue or other serious medical conditions.
Health certificate is the main requirement for climbing Ijen. On the first day after pick you up, you will stop at the Clinic, then check your blood pressure to get an Ijen climbing certificate.
If you want to go to madakaripura waterfall,after ijen tour. Better to check out from the accommodation,when ijen tour start in the midnight. And take away your breakfast.
IMPORTAND NOTICE FOR IJEN CRATER :
● The visibility of the blue fire is not guaranteed, as it depends on weather conditions and gas/mining activity.
● Visitors descending into the crater must maintain a minimum safety distance of 500 meters from the sulfur mining area.
● If you can’t see the real one,many local tour guide create bluefire/blueflame,burning sulfur by them self.
- DAY 3 :
The tour program will be start early in the morning for sunrise and panorama program first. The jeep driver will be wait in the front of your accommodation,and then drive to panorama and sunrise parking area. Afterward you can walk to the sunrise point about 15 minutes. After enjoy sunrise and panorama over there,and then back to the jeep parking area again. Afterward you can drive to the sea of sand parking area,and walk to the rim of bromo mountain about 30 minutes,from sea of sand jeep parking area.Don’t worry,only one way to go up and down.
You don’t have to stay longer,because would be so many people there,and the path are narrow.Back to jeep parking area again,and drive to the accommodation for breakfast,take shower,etc. Drive to the place where you stay in surabaya to drop off,and bali bromo ijen surabaya tour finish.
– Note : If you want to avoid the crowds,better to go to the crater first to see perfect sunrise,and if you lucky,you can see fire or magma from inside of the crater during the night,afyerward go to panorama area SERUNI POINT.If you still have time,you can visit madakaripura waterfall after bromo tour. If not,you can visit after ijen tour.
