Mount bromo
Mount bromo has 2329 meters above sea level,one of active vulcano in java island and indonesia. Already 74 times erupted by far,and the last eruption was at january 2021. Near by this area,there are many peoples life. And most of them they are work as a farmer (cabbagge,potato,spring onion,etc).
Ijen crater / Kawah ijen has 2386 meters above sea level. One of the most beautiful place to visit,because of a huge acid lake. This lake one of the most acidic lake in the word,with 200 meters deep of the lake.
Not only the bieggest acid lake in the word,also we have 67 workers or sulfur miners at ijen crater. Most of them they are start to work as a miners since 14 years old. They can carry sulfur from bottom of crater about 60 kilogram until 100 kilogram on their shoulder with bamboo basket.

ITINERARY TOUR PROGRAM
- Day 1 :
Our driver will pick you up in surabaya area (Airport,Train station,Hotel) and drive to madakaripura waterfall,before go to accommodation about 2 until 2 and half hours. We will pick you up in surabaya before 12.00 PM.
Afterward you can explore madakaripura waterfall with local guide about one and half hours. After from waterfall,you need to drive again about 1 hour to go to accommodation near by Mount bromo area. You can ask the driver,if you want to stop to have a lunch on the way,before go to madakaripura waterfall. Afterward,you will stay 1 night and free program.
- Day 2 :
The tour program will be start at 03.30 AM in the morning. The jeep driver will be wait in the front of your accommodation,and then drive to panorama parking area about 25 minutes. Panorama and sunrise point it’s call SERUNI POINT. Afterward you can walk to the sunrise point about 25 minutes as well (Seruni point to avoid the crowd). You don’t have to worry,because the way to go up and down,only one way.
Enjoy sunrise and panorama over there,and then back to the jeep parking area again. Don’t forget to take a picture of the jeep and the number of jeep license as well,before you go. After from SERUNI POINT,you can drive again with jeep to go to sea of sand parking area. And then you can walk by yourself to go to the crater of Bromo. It takes about 30 minutes.
Yes,one more time will be same way back and down as well. You don’t have to stay longger at the crater,because will be so many people,and narrow rims. Back to the jeep parking area,and drive to accommodation for breakfast,shower and etc.
Check out from the accommodation around maximum 10 am will be better.Afterward you have to drive to another city,to go to the next accommodation about 4 to 5 hours,and you can stop by for lunch or buy snack.
- Day 3 :
Be ready for the next challenge for IJEN CRATER TOUR (BLUE FIRE) because you have to start from the accommodation at 00.30 AM. After 1 hours drive from accommodation,you will arrive at parking area of IJEN CRATER and meet with your local tour guide (He will give you information,and share gas mask for blue fire tour). You can have a coffee or tea before hike.
The gates will be open at 2 am,ask your local guide to start little bit early and wait in the front of gates before open.That will be so many people to see bluefire. You only need to treeking from the gates until blue fire area,about 1 hour 30 minutes. Afterward,you don’t have to stay longer in blue fire area because still danger area and so many people would be coming.
Come back again to the rim of vulcano,wait until the sun goes up,and enjoy panorama from the top. After enjoy panorama at ijen crater,come back again to the parking area while you’r driver waiting over there.
Drive back to the hotel for breakfast,take a shower etc.Afterward,drive to the port it’s call ketapang about 30 until 45 minutes.The driver will help you to prepare everything (booking ferry tickets,scan ferry tickets),and then you can soil to go to bali island with ferry about 1 hour.You’r driver from bali will be waiting at exit area of bali port,and drive with him to go to you’r place (homestay,hotel) in bali and the tour finish.
